Had a Name Change? Raise a request to update your Name Details.
Log in to your SC Mobile app
Under the Main Menu Bar , select Service Requests.
Select Personal Details. Then select ‘Update Personal Details’ under the drop down
In put the One Time Password sent your mobile number and proceed.
Under ‘Personal details’ update Name title and your Name.
Select the document that shows Name change and upload the document to proceed.
In put the One Time Password sent to your mobile number and submit.
Request will be successfully submitted.
