Raise a request to update your email address on the go
Log into the SC Mobile App.
Under the Main Menu, select Service Requests.
Go to Personal Details and select ‘Update Personal Details’ under the drop down.
Input the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number to proceed.
Go to ‘Email Address’ and input/update your email address.
Confirm your email address to proceed.
Input the One Time Password sent to your mobile number and submit.
Your request will be submitted and you will be notified once your email address has been updated.
