Select ‘Submit service requests’ under Get Help icon on the homepage
Select Mobile Banking Registration under other services
Fill in the required details, confirm you have read the Terms and conditions to proceed
Input the One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number to complete the process
Once the request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation SMS and PIN change request. Proceed to dial *266# to change your PIN
