How It Works

  • Dial *266# You will receive the message 'welcome to SCB Mobile Banking, please enter your mobile banking PIN'.
  • Select ANSWER/REPLY/OK, enter your 6 digit PIN and SEND. You will receive a message "welcome to SCB portal", select service
  • Select ANSWER/REPLY and enter the number that corresponds to the option that you want to use and SEND
  • Upon successful completion of any transaction/request, you will receive a message – "thank you, you will receive a reply shortly"
  • You will then receive a text response with your account balance, mini-statement or transaction reference number depending on the request that you made.
