India has a burgeoning urban middle class and the number of consumers with growing spending power is set to increase. Watch our short video for some insights about the future spending aspirations of these consumers.

The findings in this video come from an independent survey we commissioned of 5,000 affluent and emerging affluent consumers across five of our key markets – Indonesia, India, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. Our survey shows that a majority of consumers (between 54 and 91 per cent) expect their personal financial position to improve in the next five years.
