Terms and Conditions

    • This Offer is applicable only to select Standard Chartered Bank UAE Credit Cardholders who have been communicated directly by the Bank through SMS, e-Mail, Letter, Online Banking or Tele-calling.
    • This is a limited period offer from 10 December 2018 to 15 June 2019 (both days inclusive).
    • To enjoy the guaranteed gift, the Cardholder must spend the minimum amount (hereinafter referred as ‘minimum spend requirement’) as defined/specified in the direct/individual communication sent across by the Bank (via SMS, eMail, Letter, Online Banking or Tele-calling).
    • The select Cardholders should register to be eligible for the offer/campaign by sending an SMS stating ‘iPad’ to 3993 between 10 December 2018 to 15 April 2019 (both days inclusive).
    • There is no fee to register for the campaign. Delivery of gift will start from 1 Feb 2019 onwards for clients who have met the ‘minimum spend requirement’, on a monthly basis.
    • No charges will be applicable for clients who register for the campaign but do not meet the ‘minimum spend requirement’.
    • The registration will only be considered valid if the Primary Cardholder sends the SMS from his/her mobile number registered with the Bank. SMS registration from a non-registered number or from the Supplementary Cardholder’s Mobile will not be valid.
    • The ‘minimum spend requirement’ must be on: credit card retail purchases, Point-Of-Sale and online transactions (within or outside the UAE).
    • The following purchases do not qualify & are excluded from the Promotion: Spends at exchange houses, cash withdrawals, balance transfers, fixed payment plans, school fee cashier order and Smart Payment Plans are not eligible.
    • Retail purchases/transactions made on the Primary as well as Supplementary Credit Card/s will be included in the calculation of the Minimum Spend Requirement.
    • Please note that this Offer is limited to 1 Gift per client.
    • At the time of receiving the gift, all eligible Cardholders must provide a valid Photo ID (Emirates ID, Driving Licence, Passport or equivalent) to the courier/merchant and present their Standard Chartered Credit Card.
    • The Bank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind with respect to the Gift Item given under this Offer.
    • Apple is not a participant in or a sponsor of this program.
    • Cardholders eligible for this campaign will not be eligible for any other campaign offered by Standard Chartered Bank UAE on Credit Cards during the period of this campaign.
    • The Gift is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
    • Cardholders who have cancelled or terminated the credit card for any reason at the time of computation of the eligibility for this campaign, will not be eligible for the Gift.
    • If the Credit Card is overdue, blocked or suspended for any reason whatsoever, then the Gift shall stand forfeited but may be reinstated, at the sole discretion of the Bank.
    • The Bank’s decision on computation and forfeiting of Gift will be final, conclusive and binding to the Cardholder.
