We take the same approach with our corporate customers; we developed Straight2Bank to give corporate clients a single point of access to their transactions.

By making use of iPad technology, we make sure our staff have the up-to-the-minute information they need to advise customers, while videoconferencing means we can offer live conferencing with experts.

Not all innovation involves technology – it can simply mean changing the way we do things so that more people can access banking services. For example, we’ve developed mobile bank branches in order to bring banking services to remote areas. By using innovation to widen access to financial services, we promote growth in the communities we serve.
