Sometimes there are customers who may have experienced unhappy purchase of financial product. I take the time to listen to their concerns and try to resolve any issues.

If you didn’t do the job you do now, what would be your other career?

I would be a makeup artist.

How have you built flexibility into your every day?

I need to be very organised. I arrange my schedule with daily targets, so that I can fulfil all the tasks I need to achieve.

What was the first thing you bought with your own money, from your first job?

An iPhone.

How do you like to spend your free time?

Exercising and shopping.

Are there any new skills you’re trying to learn?

Right now, I’m learning to cook.

What’s the best part of your daily routine?

The time I spend with family.

I love spending time at the gym and having a good work-out.

It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you don’t stop.

I’m responsible for identifying customer needs and providing our clients with advice and recommendations.

Some customers treat me as family member, which is really touching, I like connecting with my clients, and supporting them.

What drew you to a career in banking with Standard Chartered?

The career path Is something that really attracted me.  Promotion criteria is based on capability, which provides a good career opportunity for employees.

Sense of accomplishment when I can settle a clients’ concern and needs.
