Remarks:

a. All principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard (“Card”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) will enjoy an annual fee waiver on their Cards for a year (beginning from the respective anniversary of the issuance date of their Cards) if they are Priority Banking clients or Premium Banking clients meeting the relevant Minimum Relationship Balance requirement, or payroll account clients. Cardholders are entitled to the above stated annual fee waiver so long as Cardholders meet the above stated criteria in the annual fee billing month.

Refund of annual fee: Unless stated otherwise in our banking agreement, if a credit card is terminated (whether by us, you or any supplementary cardholder), we do not refund any annual fee paid. This applies even if the credit card is terminated before the end of the year for which the annual fee is paid.

^# Eligible spending includes Cathay Pacific flight tickets, shopping with Cathay and bookings with Cathay Holidays; as well as HK Express flight tickets and duty-free items.

For HKD8,000 accumulated eligible spending made directly with Cathay and HK Express, Cardholders can earn:

• Basic Miles: up to 1,333 Asia Miles (HKD6 = 1 Asia Mile for eligible HKD spending) and
• Extra Miles: 2,667 Asia Miles
• Therefore, Cardholders can earn up to a total of 4,000 Asia Miles, equivalent to HKD2 = 1 Asia Mile.
• Cardholders can enjoy up to 2,667 extra Miles during each Promotion Period. Please refer to the terms and conditions for details.

b. 4 sharable Cathay Pacific Business class lounge passes are to be used when Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Banking is valid. Sharable lounge passes are valid for the eligible cardholders, their travel companion or redemption group nominee to use before flights that are marketed or operated by Cathay Pacific. c. All principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Banking (“Card”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) will be charged first year annual fee on the third month from Card opening date. From second year and onwards, Cardholders will be charged annual fee on the anniversary of Card opening month. For example, if Cardholders successfully apply for the Card in July 2021, he/she will be charged the first year annual fee in October 2021, second year annual fee in July 2022, third year annual fee in July 2023 and so on. For details of the applicable annual fee, please refer to the Credit Card Key Facts Statement.
Cardholders can enjoy an annual fee waiver on their Cards if they are eligible Priority Banking clients and meet the relevant Average Daily Relationship Balance requirement as stipulated by the Bank from time to time (“relevant criteria”). Cardholders are entitled to the
annual fee waiver in the first year so long as Cardholders meet the relevant criteria in the last two months prior to the annual fee billing month. For subsequent years, Cardholders can enjoy the annual fee waiver so long as Cardholders meet the relevant criteria in the year prior to the next annual fee billing month. For the definition of Average Daily Relationship Balance, please refer to Service Charges Guide.
