About Right to Play, Pakistan

Right To Play is an international non-profit organization that works to protect, educate, and empower children to rise above adversity using the power of play. Founded in 2000 by Norwegian Olympian speed skater Johann Olav Koss, Right To Play has now expanded to fifteen countries reaching 1 million children globally through structured sport and play-based learning activities.

Right To Play began operations in Pakistan in 2008 and has since then implemented a huge selection of play and sports-based youth development programs impacting 500,000 children in 22 districts and territories across Pakistan. Key impact areas include life skills education, women and girls’ empowerment, employment and entrepreneurship, sport for development and youth leadership.

Your donation to the Right To Play supports Futuremakers by Standard Chartered, a global initiative to tackle inequality and promote greater economic inclusion.  All funds raised for Futuremakers by Standard Chartered will be matched by Standard Chartered PLC up to a limit of USD5 million per year.
