An eStatement is an electronic version of your account statement delivered directly to your email address or you can view it in Online Banking.

There is no fee to enrol or use the eStatement service.

Yes. As long as you have access to your Online Banking or email, you will be able to retrieve your eStatements.

eStatements are updated on monthly basis. If you wish to view more recent records of transactions, you can view them in the ‘Transactional History’ in Online Banking.
