Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (CCIB)

Consumer, Private and Business Banking (CPBB)

We work with individuals and small businesses to offer a range of traditional banking services as well as investment, credit and wealth planning solutions. We serve millions of affluent and emerging affluent clients across the world with a focus on digital services to offer our clients unique and superior experiences. 

Our business support function teams

Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM)

Our Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing function manages the Group’s communications and engagement with stakeholders to protect the Group's reputation, brand and services.

Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC)

Our team enable sustainable business by delivering the right outcomes for the bank, its clients and communities by partnering internally and externally to achieve the highest standards in conduct and compliance.

Global Business Services (GBS)

Global Business Services is at the heart of the professional services, core systems and processes at the bank including client care, finance services, risk, technology services, cybersecurity, cyber forensics, regulatory compliance and banking operations.

Group CFO

5,600 people are part of our Group CFO team. We have seven support functions: Finance, Treasury, Strategy, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Supply Chain Management and Property.

Group Internal Audit (GIA)

An independent function who help the Board and Executive Management to protect the assets and sustainability of the Group.

Human Resources (HR)

Our Human Resources function maximises the value of our investment in people through recruitment, development and employee engagement. 

Legal

Our Legal team enable sustainable business and protect the Group from legal-related risk.

Transformation, Technology and Operations (TTO)

Our Transformation, Technology and Operations team are responsible for the Group’s systems development and technology infrastructure. We’re digitising our banking services, making it easier than ever for our customers to bank.

Risk

Our Risk function are responsible for the overall second line of defence responsibilities related to risk management, which involves oversight and challenge of risk management actions of the first line.

We're rewiring the DNA in banking. SC Ventures provides the platform & catalyst for us to promote innovation, invest in disruptive financial technology and explore alternative business models.
