Report a lost or stolen card

If your card is lost or stolen, or your PIN number has been disclosed to a third party, please contact the Bank immediately to make a report via the below channels.

Online Banking and SC Mobile (for credit cards only)
  1. Login to Online Banking or SC Mobile
  2. Click “Help & Service” for Online Banking; “Services” > “Service Request” for SC Mobile
  3. Click “Card Management” > “Report Lost/Stolen Card”
  4. Select the cards you wish to report as lost
  5. Read the important notes carefully and confirm to proceed further
  6. The replacement card will be issued and sent to your registered address
