      • M&A must empower company and directors to borrow
      • Joint & several guarantee of directors/shareholders (JSG) to be taken as directors/shareholders' liability is limited
      • Form 24 & Form 49

  • What is the maximum tenure of the loan?
    The maximum tenure of the facility is up to 25 years.

  • What do I need to give as security?
    We can finance purchase of completed or under construction properties (Commercial Units, Industrial Units or residential units).

  • Can I fully prepay my loan?
    Full prepayment in the first 5 years of the loan will incur a charge of 3% on the approved amount. You will need to provide us with 1 month written notice.

  • Can I part prepay my loan?
    You will need to provide us with 1 month's written notice.

  • What is the interest rate on the facility?
    We offer attractive interest rates on the facility depending on loan amount, credit assessment and other parameters. Further details will be provided by our sales officer.

  • I have an unencumbered property. Can obtain a Business Property Loan by mortgaging this property?
    Yes. You can apply for a Business Property loan to unlock cash from the unencumbered completed property.
