What is the theme?

COVID-19 has accelerated investment in innovation as companies adapt. Examples include a surge in penetration of medical e-consultations relative to physical doctor visits and the installation of sensors to reduce downtime in factories. Governments are using the disruption caused by COVID-19 to accelerate decarbonisation of their economies, including plans to end sales of vehicles with internal combustion engines.
