Register or update email address on Online Banking

Step 1

Click 'To allow us...' under Personal Details *.

*Please re-register Online Banking with ATM card number or Phone Banking card number if you cannot see ‘To allow us..’ after login. Click here to find out how to re-register.

Step 2

Register or update your email address by clicking ‘edit’ under Contact details. Click ‘Review’ to submit.

Step 3

Review your updated email address and click ‘Save’.

Step 4

Approve your personal information update and enter the 6-digit PIN in SC Mobile app to proceed.

Step 5

Request submitted and you will be notified once the request is processed successfully.

*It normally takes less than 7 days to complete the request and you are all set to subscribe to eStatements afterwards.

Register or update email address on Mobile Banking

Step 1

Tap ‘Update Profile Details’ after login.

Step 2

Register or update your email address by clicking ‘edit’ under Contact details. Click ‘Review’ to submit.

Step 3

Review your updated email address and click ‘Save’.

Step 4

Enter the 6-digit PIN to proceed.

Step 5

Request submitted and you will be notified once the request is processed successfully.

Subscribe eStatements on Online Banking

Step 1

Select ‘eStatements’ after login.

Step 2

Under ‘Subscribe’, click ‘change’ on your desired statement type to subscribe for eStatements.

Step 3

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Then, click 'Next'.

Step 4

It’s done! Your eStatements will be available in the next statement cycle.

Subscribe eStatements on Mobile Banking

Step 1

Tap ‘eSatements’ on menu after login.

Step 2

Under ‘Subscribe’, tap your desired statement to subscribe for eStatements.

Step 3

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Then, click 'Change'.

Step 4

It’s done! Your eStatements will be available in the next statement cycle.
