Revision of Standard Chartered Platinum Debit Card Benefits

Enhanced features effective 1st February 2024

  1. Earn 1 reward points¹ per INR 100/- spent on your Standard Chartered Debit Card.
  2.  Enjoy additional 500 reward points² on meeting annual spends milestone of INR 1 Lakh
  3. Purchase/Withdrawal limit on your card is INR 2,00,000 per day

FAQs – Revision of Debit Card Benefits:

  1. When will the changes be effective from?
    Changes in Debit Card Benefits and rewards will be effective from 01st February 2024.
  2. Is there any capping to the reward points earned on merchant categories with revision?
    Please note there is no capping to the reward points that can be earned in a month. However the Merchant Category Code exclusion will apply.
  3. Will there be any impact to my existing reward points?
    There will be no impact to your existing reward points which you have earned and is available for redemption till expiry of those points.
  4. How many points are required for redemption?
    Minimum 500 reward points are required for redemption. Points accumulated in a calendar year expire by 30 June of subsequent year. Click here to know more about reward point accrual, redemption and validity, and detailed terms and conditions.
  5. Will there be any change in my POS or ATM Transaction Limit if I’ve made changes to the same using Card Controls?
    If clients have set a custom limit by making changes you using card controls, the limits will continue to stay the same after effective date. You may choose to increase the limits upto the revised limits if required using card controls.
