      Standard Chartered X Card Waitlist Promotion Terms and Conditions

      1. The Standard Chartered X Card Waitlist Promotion (the “Promotion“) is a promotion of Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the “Bank”). The Promotion is valid on selected dates between 10 July 2019 to 21 July 2019 (both dates inclusive), and as may be shortened, extended or withdrawn by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is open to all guests of Participating Establishments who are at least 21 years old (such guests to be referred to as “Eligible Guests“). Participating Establishments are Anti:dote, Club 55, db Bistro, Kabuke, Renku, Tippling Club, The Secret Mermaid, Skai Bar and Bar Rouge (collectively, “Participating Establishments”, and each a “Participating Establishment”). By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Guests agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

      Promotion Mechanics

      1. Under the Promotion, each Eligible Guest is allowed one redemption (capped at one per Eligible Guest over the Promotion Period) of a Free Gift (as defined below) after he/she completes and successfully submits the waitlist form (“Form”) at x-card.com.sg (“Submission“)and shows the page that the Guest receives after a Submission (“Thank You Page”) to the relevant staff/personnel at a Participating Establishment.
      2. Each Eligible Guest can redeem a maximum of one of the following:
      Participating Establishment Free Gift
      Anti:dote One House Pour
      Club 55 One Complimentary Drink
      db Bistro One Complimentary Drink
      Kabuke 1-for-1 drink
      Renku One Complimentary Drink
      Tippling Club 1-for-1 selected cocktails
      The Secret Mermaid 1-for-1 drink
      Skai Bar One House Pour
      Bar Rouge One House Pour

      (each gift above to be referred to as a “Free Gift“).

      For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Guest does not successfully submit the Form or is (for any reason) unable to show the Thank You Page to the relevant Participating Establishment, he/she will not be entitled to redeem the Free Gift. Each Eligible Guest is only allowed to make a maximum of one Submission.

      1. By making the Submission, each Eligible Guest acknowledges that there are eligibility requirements and terms and conditions that would apply to the Standard Chartered Visa Infinite X Card (“X Card”), an application for the X Card, and the chance to receive 100,000 Krisflyer miles. The full terms and conditions will be made available to the Eligible Guest before he/she applies for the X Card and each Eligible Guest acknowledges that he/she will read and understand them prior to the submission of any X Card application. Each Eligible Guest acknowledges that merchant terms and conditions also apply for the X Card.
      2. By making the Submission, you consent to the Bank, or any party authorised to act on the Bank’s behalf, to collect, use and disclose your personal data for marketing and promotional purposes relating to the X Card and to contact you via telephone call, SMS or Electronic Direct Mail regardless of your registration(s) with the Do Not Call registry.

      General

      1. The Free Gift is strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable (for cash or credit or otherwise) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Participating Establishment’s discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
      2. No payment or compensation whether in cash, credit or kind shall be made for any uncollected, lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged Free Gift. The Free Gift will be available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
      3. Each Eligible Guest acknowledges that the Participating Establishments are not acting as agents of the Bank and have no authority under any circumstances, whether express or implied, to incur any liability or obligations on behalf of the Bank.
      4. The Bank reserves the right to vary the Free Gift, these Promotion Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions governing the Free Gift without prior notice or reason (and the Bank shall not be obliged to disclose its reason).
      5. Except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Bank, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank and members of the Bank’s group shall have no liability in respect of, and will be indemnified from and against, any liability, loss, claim, damage or costs of any kind (including legal costs) to any person or entity, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, whether by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Free Gift(s), or by reason of your Submission or inability to submit the Form (for any reason).
      6. The Bank makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability or fitness of any goods and services provided by the Participating Establishment and accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by any Participating Establishment. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the Participating Establishment. The Bank is not obliged to assist or act on the Eligible Guest’s behalf in communicating with the Participating Establishment. The Bank is not an agent of any Participating Establishment or vice versa.
      7. The speed and reliability of service of an Eligible Guest’s internet and/or mobile connection is dependent solely on each Eligible Guest’s respective internet and/or mobile service providers. The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission or receipt of the Submission by any party including but not limited to the Eligible Guests, acquiring merchants, Participating Establishments, or any telecommunication provider.
      8. If the Bank is unable to process your Submission due to system failure, system outage, malfunction, delay or any other circumstances whatsoever, whether within our reasonable control or otherwise, the Eligible Guest will not be added to the waitlist for the X Card and will not be able to receive the Free Gift. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank disclaims all liability arising for any such delay including any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to/incurred by the Eligible Guest, or any third party arising from or in connection therewith.
      9. The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and the X Card waitlist. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion and the X Card waitlist, including in the event of a dispute, shall be final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained (and the Bank shall not be obliged to disclose its reason).
      10. The Bank reserves the right to vary, modify, revise, add or delete any of these terms and conditions, modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice or reason including terminating, shortening, extending, suspending or withdrawing the Promotion and/or substituting the Free Gift with any other item (which may or may not be of equivalent or similar value), without prior notice or reason.
      11. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials, the Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
      12. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Customer Terms, Credit Card Terms and any other specific product terms that may be applicable (collectively “Other Terms“). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, the Other Terms shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
      13. A person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
      14. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
