Client Care Centre Operating Hours

Our 265 8000 Client Care Centre will operate from 7:30am to 11:00pm daily (including weekdays and public holidays) until further notice.

Branch Entry Requirements

All clients entering our branches must be fully vaccinated with verification from BruHealth App or Vaccination Booklet presented with Identity Document. Clients must follow the guidelines in place when visiting our branches. Partially vaccinated clients may call 265 8013 or 265 8003 from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, to arrange for appointments.

  • Waived until 31 December 2022 when performing inter-bank fund transfers online for all individual, business and global banking clients
