A.Offer is applicable to the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Standard Chartered Priority Banking and Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card (“the Card”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bank”).
B.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
C.Cardholders who purchase any Tall or above sized handcrafted beverage (cold/hot beverages) at Starbucks and settle the full payment with the Card may enjoy the complimentary upgrade from Tall size (354ml) to Grande size (473ml) or from Grande size (473ml) to Venti® size (591ml) (Except bottled beverages, canned beverages, Starbucks ReserveTM Coffee and Pour Over Coffee).
D.Unless otherwise specified, the offer is only applicable to all Starbucks stores located in Hong Kong only.
E.This offer is applicable to all handcrafted beverages including but not limit to brewed coffee, espresso-based beverages, Frappuccino® Blended Beverages, brewed tea, tea latte, shaken tea, chocolate and steamed milk.
F.This offer is not applicable to bottled beverages, canned beverages, Starbucks ReserveTM Coffee and Pour Over Coffee.This offer cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
G.Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion irrespective of its form including but not limited to gifts, discounts or cash coupons, are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
H.Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services supplied by the merchant under or in connection with the offer. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices orconduct in connection with the promotion of the offer or in making available the offer or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the merchant, its employees, officers or agents.
I.The Bank and the merchant (if applicable) reserve the right to alter, extend, or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the merchant (if applicable) shall be final and binding.
J.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
