·       Easier ATM use: Simplified ATM services help senior clients use essential functions more easily, such as cash withdrawal, overseas transaction settings and PIN changes.

·       Personalised withdrawal limits: ATM withdrawal limits can be adjusted to better suit clients’ individual needs.

·       Guided digital banking support: Branch staff can support clients in using our digital banking services.

·       Support for future planning: Assistance is available for clients who need to register a Power of Attorney.
