    You can view and choose your desired product on our general insurance page (“https://www.sc.com/hk/insurance/general-insurance/”).  Products are available for enrolment through MSIG Insurance Hotline at (852) 3122 6722 from Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:30pm (except public holidays) or by submitting online application through the “Apply Now” button.  You may refer to the respective product pages on the application methods.

    You may apply directly via SC mobile app or SC Online Banking under “Insure”.

    MSIG general insurance products offer either annual or monthly payment method but subject to the product offering.  You may select your desired payment frequency at the time of enrolment.

In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited will enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the product should be resolved directly between Allianz/MSIG/Prudential and the customer for relevant product.
