How do we protect you from unauthorised online transactions?

  • We send you an alert every time a transaction is made on your credit card. You can choose and pre-set a threshold amount so we send you a message whenever transactions over and above are made.

  • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile phone registered with us for completion of online transactions made at a 3-D secure merchant. This provides an additional layer of authentication during the transaction. Make sure you and your supplementary cardholder’s details are always updated.

  • Our fraud detection system works round the clock, watching out for suspicious activity on your card. If any suspicious transactions are detected, we’ll call you to verify it immediately.
