We will be amending our AI Regime Documents with effect from 1 January 2022, to include exempted regulatory requirements with regards to provisions on complaints handling and resolution under the Financial Advisers (Complaints Handling and Resolution) Regulations 2021, as well as updates based on the Banks current processes.
