Additional precautionary measures in branches
In line with the latest advisory from the Ministry of Health, there will be additional social distancing measures implemented at all our branches to reduce the risk of local transmission of COVID-19.
- For your safety, we will ensure that there is sufficient distance between clients. This may mean that the total number of clients in branches will be reduced and you may experience a longer waiting time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
- For your own personal protection, please remember to keep a distance of at least one metre between yourself and other clients in the waiting area and auto lobby.
Sanitisation and temperature screening will continue to be in place. If you have a temperature of above 37.3°C, we will not be able to serve you in the branch premises.
While our branches will continue with normal operating hours, clients are encouraged to carry out banking services such as checking of balances and transactions or status of service requests, updating of personal details and application of credit cards or personal loans via Online Banking or Standard Chartered Mobile App.
The health and safety of our clients and colleagues remain our priority. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and respond as appropriate to minimise banking inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding and supporting our efforts.
