Cessation of Credit Card PIN Mailer

We will no longer be sending credit card PIN mailers to clients from 10 November 2018.

To set or reset your credit card PIN, as well as your supplementary card PIN, please log in to your account via Online Banking or Standard Chartered Mobile app or visit any Standard Chartered branch.

Please follow the below steps to set or change your Credit Card Pin:

Step 1: Login to Online Banking / SC Mobile

Step 2: Go to “Help & Services”

Step 3: Select “Credit Card Activation & Pin set” or “Credit Card Pin Change”

Step 4: Follow on-screen instructions

Step 5: Once successful, you card will be activated and the pin is set / reset
