      Delay in international mail services and processing of applications

      In view of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, countries are implementing additional border controls and restrictions on international services. This has led to significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore, resulting in longer than usual delivery times.

      We have been advised that the international mail services we engage for deliveries to certain countries are either unavailable or disrupted until further notice. You may experience delay in your receipt of the Bank’s notices and confirmation advices including statements as a result.

      We are also experiencing a high volume of applications and requests at this time thus may require a longer processing time for your application. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
