Discontinuation of 360° Rewards Points Transfer from 4 July 2026

From 4 July 2026 (the “Effective Date”), the 360° Rewards Points Transfer feature under the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Programme will be discontinued. This feature currently allows principal cardholders to transfer their 360° Rewards Points to a nominated family member or friend who holds an eligible credit card that earns 360° Rewards Points.

As a result, the Credit Card Terms will be updated to reflect the discontinuation of the 360° Rewards Points Transfer feature.

A summary of the changes to the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Programme is set out below:

1) Clause 18.1 remains unchanged:

  • “If you terminate the account of an eligible credit card, and subsequently establish another credit card account that is eligible to earn 360° Rewards Points, any 360° Rewards Points credited to the terminated credit card account will not be transferred to the new credit card account.”

2) Clause 18.2 will be updated as follows:

  • Existing: “Subject to Clause 18.1, you can transfer 360° Rewards Points to any nominated family member or friend (nominee) who holds a credit card that is eligible to earn 360° Rewards Points and such credit card is valid, subsisting, and in good standing. For clarity, 360° Rewards Points can only be transferred to principal cardholders.”
  • Revised: “All 360 Rewards Points earned are non-transferable and non-assignable.”

3) Clause 18.3 to 18.8 will be removed.
