Enhancing your Online Rewards Redemption experience

Your banking experience matters to us. In January 2023, we will be enhancing our Online Rewards Platform.

In line with the bank’s efforts to provide a more seamless banking experience, the Bank will be phasing out the issuance of physical 360° Rewards Programme voucher(s) to your registered mailing address. You will be able to redeem your 360° Rewards Points for shopping mall e-vouchers (with an improved processing time) via our enhanced Online Rewards Platform.

Updates to Credit Card Terms

The Terms will also be updated to reflect changes under Section D — Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Programme.
