Important Changes to Safe Deposit Locker Licence Agreement

We would like to inform you of an amendment to the Safe Deposit Locker Licence Agreement (SDL Agreement).

What’s new?

The amendment comprises the insertion of a new condition 3(c) which reads as:

 

“Notwithstanding any condition to the contrary in the terms of this Licence, and notwithstanding that the Licensee may have nominated a particular account for the payment of the annual fee, the Bank shall be entitled in its discretion to debit the annual fee from any account maintained by the Licensee with the Bank (including the key deposit account), and the Bank shall not be obliged to provide any reason or prior notice to the Licensee for doing so.”

 

When will the change be effective? 

The revised terms will apply from 15 June 2018.
