Important updates to our Advisory Services Terms ("AST")

In order to ensure compliance with the new MAS Fair Dealing Guidelines, particularly the guidelines relating to the Right of Review clauses, we will be amending our AST by removing the "Amendment of terms" section (i.e. clauses 8.2 to 8.9) from the AST.

The revised AST will be effective from 24 February 2025 and is available here for your reference.
