      Important Information

      Making payments for your Credit Card and Personal Loan

      Dear Clients,

      A service fee of SGD5.35 (including GST) per transaction will be charged when an instruction to make a payment to an account for credit card/personal loan is submitted at our branch counters, except where:

      • the holder of the aforementioned account is at least 65 years old at the time the aforementioned instruction is submitted.

      With effect from 1 October 2020 (inclusive of this date), our prevailing pricing guide will be amended to reflect this new fee imposed on personal loan. From 1 October 2020 (inclusive of this date), you can find our updated Pricing Guide here.

      Payments can also be made using the following methods.

      • Standard Chartered Online Banking or SC Mobile

      Log in to your Standard Chartered Online Banking or SC Mobile to pay your bills. Funds will be debited from your Standard Chartered current/savings account. If you don’t have an online banking account, register for an account here. .

      • Interbank GIRO

      Arrange for your Credit Card or Personal Loan payments to be debited automatically each month from your designated bank account. Simply download the Interbank GIRO form here to apply.

      • Cash Deposit Machines

      Deposit cash anytime via our cash deposit machines located at our branches .

      *Please note that repayment of credit cards via CDM will be capped based on your card’s outstanding balance (rounding up to the nearest SGD 1,000) or a maximum outstanding balance of no more than SGD 65,000.

      • Fast and Secure Transfers (FAST)

      Pay from other bank accounts almost instantly via FAST. The relevant steps for FAST payment may differ from bank to bank. Please seek assistance from the bank you are originating the payment from if you encounter any difficulties.

      • Cheque

      Deposit the cheque payable to “Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited Card Services” at our branches.
