Online Trading Corporate Actions service enhancement

In line with Standard Chartered’s digital efforts, we are pleased to share that from 27 August 2018, selected Corporate Actions elections will go electronic. You will now be able to view your Corporate Actions notices online and submit your elections via the SC Online Trading Platform.

• Benefits of the revamped eCorporate Actions service

Faster notification service: You will be notified of Corporate Actions events (e.g dividends with cash and/or stock options, tender offers, mergers) via sms and email.

Paperless: Hard copy letters will be replaced with email notifications

Anytime and anywhere: Simply log in to SC Online Trading to view Corporate Actions details for your shareholdings.

Automated and hassle-free: Save the hassle of engaging our call centre team by selecting and submitting your elections online via the SC Online Trading Platform.

Automated enrolment for your convenience: No action is required on your end. This eCorporate Actions service is available to all SC Online Trading clients.

• 3 simple steps to receive and act on your eCorporate Actions Notice

Step 1:
You will receive a SMS and an email from the Bank notifying you on selected Corporate Actions events.

Step 2:
Log in to the SC Online Trading platform for details on the event and options. You will see your Corporate Actions events under the “Corporate Actions” tab.

Step 3:
Click on the link and immediately submit your election via the SC Online Trading platform.
