      Update to Priority Mortgage Plus (PMP) terms from 30 September 2021

      Update to Priority Mortgage Plus (PMP) terms from 30 September 2021

      From 30 September 2021 (inclusive of this date) (“Effective Date”), we are amending a few clauses under Part B1- Priority Mortgage Plus Terms in our Mortgage Facility Terms to reflect the following changes:

      1. Under clauses 15.1.1, 15.3.1, and 15.3.2 – for clarity, the placement of any Fresh Funds or subscription of Eligible Unit Trust(s) or purchase of Eligible Insurance Policy(ies) may not be counted towards another PMP facility previously.
      1. Under clause 16.2 – to reduce the length of time for maintaining the Priority Banking relationship from the full tenor of the PMP facility to first six (6) months from the date of the first disbursement.
