Revision to Current/Cheque/Savings Account and Time Deposit Terms Personal Loan/Personal Line of Credit/Overdraft Terms

 

We will be revising Current/Cheque/Savings Account and Time Deposit Terms Personal Loan/Personal Line of Credit/Overdraft Terms from 15 December 2023.
 

Please refer to the summary of changes below:

  • Updates to e$aver Account Product Terms (clause 12) – we have removed existing clause 12.2 where a Child (the “Minor”) may apply for an ATM Card to be issued to the Minor, which will allow the Minor to withdraw cash from the e$saver Account
  • Updates to Limited Purpose Account Product Terms clause (107) – update to the product description of Limited Purpose Account.
