      Summary of Changes to the Investment Products Terms (“IPT”)

      We will be amending our IPT with effect from 06 November 2023. We will be updating 1.4 Acquisition, Holding and Redemption of Securities with addition of 1.4.10.

      1.4.10   If you are selling or redeeming Securities, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient Securities in your account. We may refuse to carry out any instruction to sell or redeem any Securities if insufficient Securities are held in or for your account. We will generally only place orders for the sale of Securities provided such Securities are in the account we maintain for you, free of all liens and other encumbrances whatsoever. On receipt of any instruction to sell or redeem the Securities, we shall be entitled to debit any account we maintain for you with the relevant Securities on or (at our discretion) at any time before completion of the said sale or redemption. You acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or in any way deal with all or any part of such Securities until completion of the said sale or redemption. If for any reason there are insufficient Securities in the account we maintain for you, we may or may be required to acquire Securities on your behalf in order to complete the transaction. In this event, you shall be liable for all losses incurred in connection with the acquisition of these Securities on your behalf.
