Temporary changes to Contact Centre services

Dear Client,

In view of the evolving Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we have made some updates to the services provided by our Contact Centre after hours to ensure that urgent requests can be attended to.

Please note that only the following services will be available daily from 8:00pm to 8:00am:

  • Assistance on Online Banking and SC Mobile
  • Reporting of lost / stolen cards
  • Reporting of fraudulent transaction or transaction dispute
  • Enquiry on unexpected decline of card transaction
  • Request for emergency temporary limit increase
  • Request for emergency cash withdrawal

There will be no change to the current services offered from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

Our Online Banking and SC Mobile app continue to provide immediate self-service banking at your fingertips:

  • Balance enquiry
  • Updating of personal details
  • Service requests such as credit balance refund and card cancellation
  • Transfers and payments
  • Credit card and personal loan application
