Updated After-Hours Contact Centre Services

We have made some updates to the Contact Centre’s after-hours services to ensure that your urgent request can be better attended to.

From Monday to Sunday, 8:00pm to 8:00am, you can reach out to the Contact Centre for assistance with the following

  • Online Banking and SC Mobile
  • Card transactions (e.g. unexpected card decline, fraudulent transactions and transaction disputes)
  • Lost / Stolen cards
  • Emergency temporary credit limit increase
  • Emergency cash withdrawal

There is no change to the services offered during normal hours from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

Online Banking and SC Mobile will also continue to provide self-service banking at your convenience.
