Changes to Wealth $aver Account effective 1 August 2026

With effect from 1 August 2026 (inclusive), we have enhanced the Wealth $aver account to offer interest on US dollar deposits and a higher interest-earning cap on Singapore dollar deposits.

The Wealth $aver Account Terms will also be updated accordingly.

Summary of the changes

1).Relationship-based interest rate

The applicable interest rate is based on the Assets Under Management (AUM) which comprises of the primary account holder’s sum of deposits, investments, and insurance product

2) Promotion bonus interest (Note: below promotion is based on August 2026 offer. Refer to www.sc.com/sg/wealth$aver for the latest promotion)

Earn bonus interest for 6 months with a new purchase of eligible investments (min. SGD200,000) or insurance (min. SGD24,000).

Top-up Promotion

Top up with fresh funds by 31 August 2026 and maintain the balance until 31 October 2026 to earn bonus interest for 3 months on incremental balances.

Registration is required.

Important notes:
Balances above SGD 2,000,000 in the SGD account or USD 2,000,000 in the USD Account, as well as balances that do not meet the relevant criteria, will earn interest at 0.05% p.a.

*The account holder must activate the multicurrency feature on the Wealth $aver Account to earn interest on the USD deposits in the account. Otherwise, any USD deposits made to the account will be converted to SGD and the SGD interest or promotional interest rate will apply.

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
