To be eligible for the Christmas 2017 Promotion, which consist of the Shop Shake Win Promotion, Spend and Redeem Promotion and Cashback Promotion, held from 1 November to 31 December 2017 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), Cardholders must be amongst the first 100,000 to successfully register their Card during the Promotion Period (such card a “Registered Card”). 1 Shop Shake Win Promotion: There is a processing period of two calendar days for registrations to take effect for this Shop Shake Win Promotion. Cardholders who charge a minimum eligible spend of $150 in a single transaction to their Registered Card will receive an SMS for the chance to win up to $10,000 cashback (“Prizes”) (via winning SMSes) if the transactions are amongst the first 160,000 eligible transactions during the Promotion Period (each a “Winning Transaction”). Cardholders are eligible for one unique URL sent via one SMS with every Winning Transaction made. SMSes will be sent to the Winning Cardholder’s registered mobile number with the Bank to inform them that the Prizes have been credited to their Registered Card by 15 February 2018. 2 Spend and Redeem Promotion: To qualify for this Promotion, Cardholders must during the Promotion Period, be within the first 1,000 Cardholders to charge eligible spends of $18,000 to their Registered Card. Eligible Cardholders who successfully qualify for this Spend and Redeem Promotion will receive a 1 night weekend stay at Andaz Singapore Hotel by Hyatt (“Gift”). Each Cardholder is eligible for one gift only. Gifts are subject to their availability. Cardholders eligible for the gift will be notified by mail no later than 15 February 2018. 3 Cashback Promotion: For purposes of this Promotion, Qualifying Foreign Currency transactions (‘Eligible FX Transactions’) are foreign currency spends charged to the Eligible Card account (which, for the avoidance of doubt, must be made in foreign currency), provided that such transaction is not a transaction made on the Uber app. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made on the Uber app will not be considered as Eligible FX Transactions for this Promotion. Purchases beyond Singapore but charged in Singapore Dollar will not be considered as Eligible FX Transactions for this Promotion. Purchases in Singapore but charged in foreign currency which are not transactions made on the Uber app will be considered as Eligible FX Transactions for this Promotion. To qualify for 10% Cashback on Eligible FX Transactions under this Promotion, Cardholder must during the Promotion Period be within the first 5,000 Cardholders to meet the minimum spend requirement of $9,000 in his/her total eligible spends on his/her Registered Card during the Promotion Period. Maximum amount of Cashback that can be awarded to each Eligible Cardholder under the Cashback Promotion is capped at S$100.
