Terms and Conditions

    1. New banknotes reservation is available from 4 to 10 January 2022 via Online Banking or the SC Mobile App.
    2. You agree that all information given to us therein is accurate, complete and not misleading.
    3. Only one (1) reservation is allowed per person.
    4. Please note that reservation of collection slots and new banknotes are each subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
    5. To amend your existing reservation, please login via Online Banking or the SC Mobile App to cancel your original reservation and submit a new reservation, which will also be subject to availability of new banknotes, preferred collection venue, date and/or time availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
    6. Preferred collection venue, date and time cannot be changed after 10 January 2022 or when the new banknotes, preferred collection venue, date and/or time are fully reserved, whichever is earlier.
    7. New banknotes denominations available for reservation are in S$2, S$5, S$10, S$50, subject to minimum and maximum caps on the amount that can be reserved as notified by us to you in writing. Reservations of S$2 banknotes shall be in bundles of 100 pieces.
    8. Collection of banknotes is from 11 January to 30 January 2022 (both dates inclusive) at the confirmed date, time and branch location.
    9. If the reserved banknotes are not collected on the confirmed collection date, your reservation request will be automatically deemed as cancelled without further notice to you. No deductions will be made from any bank account(s) you may have with us upon cancellation of your reservation request.
    10. Your reserved banknotes will be prepared in advance and kept with the Standard Chartered Priority Centre / branch that you have selected. Please bring along your Reservation Confirmation email and present it at the counter of your confirmed Standard Chartered Priority Centre or branch. A queue number will be given to you thereafter to collect your reserved banknotes.
    11. Should you visit another location other than your confirmed collection location, we are not able to guarantee availability of new banknotes in the amount and denomination you have requested.
