Mandatory documents for all clients

  • National ID Card
  • Passport size photograph
  • e-TIN Certificate
  • Personal Guarantee for financing > BDT 5 Lacs
  • Proof of tax submission for tax eligible clients

Income documents for salaried clients

  • Original Letter of Introduction (salary certificate) / Payslip
  • Latest 6 months’ bank statement with salary reflections if salary account is not with SC

Documents for Businessman / Self employed clients

  • Updated Trade License with proof of last 3 years business experience
  • Partnership Deed /RJF certified with form1
  • RJSC certified certificate of incorporation, MOA / AOA, form X / XII / 117 (as applicable)
  • Business supporting documents like work orders

* Bank may ask for additional supporting documents if deemed necessary.

You can avail of loans ranging from BDT 50,000 to BDT 20 lacs (2M) depending on your eligibility, income and repayment capacity.

The loan can be repaid over a period of 12 to 60 months.

Your loan will be disbursed within 2 working days for SC Employee Banking customers and up to 5 working days for Non SC customers post receipt of the all required documents.
