  • Copy of valid Photo ID: National ID/Passport for Applicant & Nominee
  • Photograph of the applicant duly attested by the introducer
  • Photograph of the nominee duly attested by the applicant
  • Copy of e-TIN Certificate
  • Resident address verification document (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, tax clearance certificate abroad, etc.)
  • Declaration for fund transfer from Hajj Savers to transactional account upon closure
