Branch Priority On

The client can get Priority, Premium or Employee Banking facilities upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria. For example, special discounts for different Employee Banking customers based on their category.

Age of applicant

  • Minimum age: 21 years for salaried
  • Minimum age: 25 years for businessman

Minimum monthly net income

  • BDT 26,000 for SC Payroll Clients
  • BDT 35,000 for customers with salary with other bank
  • BDT 55,000 for businessman and self employed customers

Eligible client segments

  • Salaried executives
  • Business persons
  • Self-employed professionals
  • Doctors
  • Applicants must have a steady source of income from employment / business / self-employment activity.
  • Client must be Bangladeshi citizen, currently living in Bangladesh
  • Client must have National ID card

Customer location

  • Dhaka (including Narayanganj)
  • Chattogram
  • Other areas with Standard Chartered Branch coverage may be considered

Mandatory documents for all clients

  • National ID Card
  • Passport size photograph
  • e-TIN Certificate
  • Personal Guarantee for financing > BDT 5 Lacs
  • Proof of tax submission for tax eligible clients

Income documents for salaried clients

  • Original Letter of Introduction (salary certificate) / Payslip
  • Latest 6 months’ bank statement with salary reflections if salary account is not with SC

Documents for Businessman / Self employed clients

  • Updated Trade License with proof of last 3 years business experience
  • Partnership Deed /RJF certified with form1
  • RJSC certified certificate of incorporation, MOA / AOA, form X / XII / 117 (as applicable)
  • Business supporting documents like work orders
