Important Information

Change in Fees for Credit Balance Refund on Standard Chartered Credit Card Requests

With effect from 18 May 2020 (inclusive of this date), a S$5 fee will be charged when a Credit Balance Refund on Credit Card (“CBR”) request is made via our 24-hour Client Contact Centre or at any Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited branch, except where:

  • the customer making the CBR request is, at the time of the processing of such a request by us, a Private or Priority Banking customer

The Credit Refund via Cashier’s order fee which is stated on Page 17 of our prevailing Pricing Guide will be deleted and replaced with the following:

Credit Balance Refund on Credit Card*                                    S$5

*Applicable where the Credit Balance Refund on Credit Card (“CBR”) request is made at any of our branches or via our 24-hour Client Contact Centre, except where:

  • the customer making the CBR request is, at the time of the processing of such a request by us, a Private or Priority Banking customer.
