You may check the status by going to the ‘Status’ tab under Help & Services on both Online Banking and SC Mobile.
Your “Active” request(s) will be displayed till the status is updated to “Completed”. Your “Completed” request(s) will be displayed for 90 days.
You will receive an SMS or email when the request is completed.
You will only be able to transfer your credit balance on Online Banking and SC Mobile if the amount is more than S$0.50. For assistance, you may call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at +65 6747 7000 or alternatively, visit our nearest Branches.
You may only select a single card or loan account for refund per request.
Refund to your current/savings/credit card or loan account may take up to 3 working days.
