You may check the status by going to the ‘Status’ tab under Help & Services on both Online Banking and Standard Chartered Mobile.

Your “Active” request(s) will be displayed till the status is updated to “Completed”. Your “Completed” request(s) will be displayed for 90 days.

You will receive an SMS and email when the request is completed.

Yes, you may close multiple loans in a single request.

Yes, you may submit multiple requests on different loan accounts.

Yes, you may be charged with an early redemption fee for loan closure. Following your request, we will also reach out to you to confirm your intention to close the loan.

It will take up to three to five working days for the request to be completed.
