For ATM and debit card Due to several attempts of keying in an invalid PIN, your ATM/ debit card has been blocked for security reasons. Please reset your PIN and activate your blocked card via Online Banking or Standard Chartered Mobile. For credit card Your credit card has only been blocked for PIN-based transactions such as cash withdrawal via ATM and balance enquiry. You may continue to use your card for other transactions which do not require the PIN. You may reset your ATM/ debit/ credit Card PIN through this card PIN change service request.

How to reset my card PIN?

STEP 1

Go to “Help & Services” in the Services tab located at the bottom right corner, and tap on ‘View All’

STEP 2

Under Card Management, select "Debit/ATM PIN Change" or "Credit Card PIN Change".

STEP 3

Select the card that you wish to reset the PIN on.

STEP 4

Set the new PIN for your card.

STEP 5

Enter your 6-digit SC mobile key

STEP 6

Upon completion, your PIN has been changed successfully.
