Service Request Type and Number Estimated time of completion based on Turn Around Time of the request Status of the Request Service Request Created/ Submission Date Account/ Card Number (if any)

How long will the status of my Service Request(s) be displayed?

Your “Active” request(s) will be displayed till the status is updated to “Completed”. Your “Completed” request(s) will be displayed for 90 days.

How many service requests can I view at one go?

All open requests in the Active requests section will be displayed. For completed requests, only requests from the past 90 days will be displayed.

In what order are the service request(s) displayed?

Service requests that are still in “Active” status will be displayed first, followed by those in “Completed” status. The service requests are shown in reverse chronological order i.e. the latest requests are shown first.

How long does it take for the service request to show up in my “status” tab?

It will appear almost instantaneously after the request has been submitted. You may refresh the page to view the updated status.

How to track the status of my service request?

STEP 1

Go to “Help & Services” in the Services tab located at the bottom right corner, and tap on ‘View All’

STEP 2

Select the 'status' tab to view your service requests.

Click or tap on each service request to view more details.
