Your “Active” request(s) will be displayed till the status is updated to “Completed”. Your “Completed” request(s) will be displayed for 90 days.
All open requests in the Active requests section will be displayed. For completed requests, only requests from the past 90 days will be displayed.
Service requests that are still in “Active” status will be displayed first, followed by those in “Completed” status. The service requests are shown in reverse chronological order i.e. the latest requests are shown first.
It will appear almost instantaneously after the request has been submitted. You may refresh the page to view the updated status.
