Business Banking Revised Account Terms & Standard Terms and Pricing Guide
With effect from 1 July 2016 (“Effective Date”) Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited is revising the terms and conditions and pricing guide that apply to accounts (“Business Accounts”) opened with us.
REVISED ACCOUNT TERMS & STANDARD TERMS AND PRICING GUIDE
From 1 July 2016 onwards, all accounts for businesses will be governed by the latest version of our Account Terms & Standard Terms, with relevant Country Supplements and Pricing Guide. This includes Accounts that are governed by earlier versions of our terms and conditions (e.g. former versions of our Account Terms, Standard Terms, Country Supplements [the “Old Account Terms and Standard Terms”] and the General Account Terms).
Please note that from 1 July 2016 onwards, the following Account Terms and Standard Terms will be replaced with the new version as above:
